The album overall and especially Beyond Styx Pt 1 has got that early evening vibe for me, which is basically a reminder to me of the times as a kid I'd have just gotten back home from school and peacefully spend the rest of the evening immersed in my hobbies. ♥

Great post-rock from this Finnish band. While still adhering to the cathartic protocol of loud / quiet dynamics, this LP also explores a neo-classical minimalism, not unlike some aspects of Mono. But, what I really love is the darkly lit drones that flicker in and out of the songs like spectral daydreams.
